Orders & downloads
All purchases, downloads and licenses are handled by Teachers Pay Teachers. For payment or download problems, contact TPT support from your TPT account. For a question about a specific resource, you can also use the Q&A tab on its TPT product page.
What to include in your message
- The name of the resource (or a link to it) if your question is about a specific product
- The grade level you teach and how you plan to use it, if you are asking whether a resource fits your class
- For an error you found, the page number and what looks wrong, so we can fix it in an update
We read every message and reply as soon as we can. Please do not send payment details or passwords by email; we will never ask for them.
