This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit activityxpress.com (the "Site"), operated by Activity Express ("we", "us"), and how it is used. The Site is an informational catalog: you can browse it without creating an account, and we do not sell anything directly on the Site.
1. Information we collect
Information you send us
If you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, the approximate region and the type of device and browser. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the Site, protect it from abuse and provide aggregated, cookie-free traffic statistics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Information stored in your browser
The Site remembers one display preference (list or grid view) in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
2. Purchases on Teachers Pay Teachers
All purchases and downloads happen on Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT). When you click "Get it on TPT", you leave the Site, and TPT's own privacy policy and terms apply. We do not receive or store your payment details. As a seller, TPT may share limited order information with us, as described in TPT's policies.
