These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of activityxpress.com (the "Site"), operated by Activity Express ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
1. What the Site is
The Site is a catalog and blog for printable learning resources created by Activity Express. Resources are sold and delivered through Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT). The Site does not process orders or payments.
2. Purchases and licenses
When you buy or download a resource, you do so on TPT, and TPT's terms of service and the license attached to that resource apply. Unless the resource states otherwise, a purchase is a single license for one teacher or one family. Resources may not be shared, resold or posted publicly, including on websites, shared drives open to the public or social media.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, teaching guides, images, illustrations, product previews, the Activity Express name and logo, is owned by Activity Express or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site, and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial planning. You may not copy, republish or sell Site content without our written permission.
4. Accuracy of information
We work to keep product descriptions, page counts and prices accurate, but details can change. The listing on TPT is the final, current description and price of each resource. Prices on TPT may differ from the Site, for example during a sale.
5. Teaching guides
Our blog posts and teaching guides offer general ideas for classroom and home learning. They are not professional, medical, psychological or legal advice. Use your own judgement and follow your school's policies, and your students' individual plans, when using them.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to websites we do not control, including Teachers Pay Teachers, Facebook and Pinterest. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Relationship with Teachers Pay Teachers
Activity Express is an independent seller on Teachers Pay Teachers. This Site is run by Activity Express and is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by Teachers Pay Teachers.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
